“We enjoyed ur stay, comparing to other VRBO's we have stayed in- some opportunities would be- have a supply of paper towels- more than one dishtowel-more than one bath towel/ bed when people are staying multiple nights, clean the windows- overall cleanliness subpar with cabinets needing work- furniture/wood- damaged-walls banged up and soiled. “We were 2 couples visiting Phile. It was weird to not get the chileckin instruction till afternoon, but it worked out.Hoped for an early checkin, but with the parking down the street, i guess that worked out too.Parking was easy. We felt safe.”

“The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

“The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. Near to SPROUTS (a Whole Foods alternative) coffee shops and the exciting Passyunk neighborhood for delicious eats. Check out BARCELONA for great tapas. And say hi to Danielle.”

“Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
