“L'espace aquatique et l'hygiène :
C'est le point noir du séjour. Le parc aquatique semble laissé à l'abandon.
Propreté alarmante : Seules deux piscines étaient correctement nettoyées. Dans toutes les autres, l'eau n'était ni chauffée, ni entretenue, avec une quantité énorme d'insectes et de guêpes mortes flottant à la surface.
L'aquapark : La "rivière" n'est qu'une simple piscine statique (pas de courant ni de bouées). Les toboggans et jeux pour enfants sont vétustes.

“This was our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. From check-in till check-out the stay was very nice. A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home. And a special thanks to Mohammed and his friends at the breakfast. The guys are very helpful and respectful. See you next time”
