"They had one parking lot attendant many times with 20 to 30 people waiting on cars to be delivered. Sofa had body fluid on it. It was filthy, the mattress was disgustingly lumpy bad and old. Terrible service at breakfast incompetent waiters and waitresses. I will never stay at that location again and I’m questioning Hilton from this point on."

"Staff was amazing"

"Front desk staff was not the friendliest. But sadly, these days I think that’s the new norm with anyone 35 and younger. Room was okay. The music they have streaming in the hotel lobby is obnoxious. Would love to know who would enjoy that type of music especially considering I saw several people in wheelchairs that were probably staying in the hotel because of the close proximity to the hospital. This is not a party hotel. Much of the clientele is people who have to stay for days while a loved one is treated at the hospital, so one would think they would play something more low-key or just kind of subdued, but it literally made me feel stressed. Bed sheets appeared to be clean as well as the bathroom. The kitchen faucet was very loose at the base. I can’t believe that housekeeping hasn’t brought that to the attention of those that matter. I do think, even though Chicago is expensive, that this hotel is highly overpriced. The major con is the 4 PM check-in. They would not let me check in even five minutes prior to 4 PM- so I ate my late lunch in the hotel lobby on a dirty metal table while I waited. Yay."

"The location, staff physical place were all great. The bed was clean and super comfortable. Unfortunately the last roommate I got was super noisy. He came in after midnight and switched on all the lights and once he was in bed—he coughed all night. I thought he was maybe really sick…I sort of wished I had a 95 mask. Luck of the draw. "

"Helpful staff. Some of the fixtures in the room would use updating, like our bathroom doorknob and shower drain, but we enjoyed our stay overall."

"The staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and clean! Great location next to train stop! I would definitely stay here again! "

"Our room was directly next to the elevators and it was very noisy all night long. The AC would not go below a certain temperature and it was very warm in the room all night no matter how low the temperature was placed. The room was very small and did not provide a lot of comfort. "
