"The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being right in the middle of bars and cafés, it was surprisingly quiet and I slept really well. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the TV, which only had local channels, so as a tourist it wasn’t very useful. Streaming options like YouTube didn’t really work or were quite difficult to access, possibly due to the internet connection. That’s something I’d recommend improving. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central station and close to everything. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel at a convenient location ( across from the metro line that takes you to centrum and other areas). Warkable to parks and restaurants Positives : Great breakfast, good gym and sauna , responsive staff Negatives: the constant electro music in public places ( soft jazz could be more soothing), always a long line at the reception desk, too many cigarette smokers right at the entrance ( better to have a smoking area away from the main entrance)."

"Ruby Emma Hotel & Bar is a highly intentional, tech forward stay where everything is designed for ease and comfort. Self check in is seamless and the in room tablet controls lights, temperature, and blackout shades. Rooms are compact but smartly designed with a dual use sink, separate toilet and shower, automatic lighting, a great vanity mirror, leather bench, magnetic side tables, a large safe, and two Marshall speakers. The downstairs bar has great vibes, excellent coffee, and solid food, with a higher end restaurant on the top floor. Elevator logistics reduce wait times, and there are workspaces on upper floors. Directly across from the metro, the location is perfect. What stood out most was the staff, genuinely friendly and engaging. One of our best stays ever. 🤗"

"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use. Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful."
