“Perfect for our annual reunion!”

“This was our 2nd year staying here- having the top floor facing the ocean and sitting on the deck is one of our favorite things about this place. The location to Neptune Beach and all its restaurants and bars is perfect. We rented some bikes and went everywhere. Had a fantastic time! ”

“The place was very comfortable, the shower was warm, towels and bed linens were clean! We had everything we needed and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I loved that there was no shortage of fans because as a person who sleeps with fans there was more than one option and it was lovely! ”

“Beautiful condo with spectacular views of the ocean and sunrises. It was very well appointed and comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The grounds were lovely. Unfortunately a child pooped in the pool (no swim diaper!) and the pool was closed for 24 hrs for cleaning so that was disappointing as it was 100 degrees. Our host was very reachable with some minor questions by text. ”

“Overall, enjoyed our stay. Great view. Easy access to beach.Only issues encountered were did not get check in information until almost when we arrived. And when we got to condo, cleaning crew was still on site cleaning the place. After that everything went well. Would stay there again.”

“We loved our stay in the Coastal Escape condo. It appears to be recently renovated and is very clean and comfortable. We always stay at the Surf and Racquet Club when we come to the island and this condo does not disappoint! It faces a bit south, so the balcony is comfortable all day long and not overly hot in the morning, perfect for a relaxing cup of coffee and breakfast.”
