“Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. ”

Beautiful outside dining was perfect for morning coffee while kiddo played in the yard. The third bedroom was also the tv room, which meant negotiating shared space, but it all worked out. “This cozy home is in a great location in a nice neighborhood and right on the water. The owner had several kayaks and a canoe that we enjoyed using. The owner was very helpful and communicative. She was very generous and had all supplies and towels fully stocked. We appreciated this very much! We visited at the beginning of August and the weather was perfect! This house is listed as having two bathrooms. The house does not have two bathrooms. It has one small bathroom and an outdoor shower that……

“We were very happy with the location and accessibility to Newport. The place was surprisingly spacious with a good kitchen, fridge/freezer and counter space. The bathroom and shower were also very good (the shower being much needed after days on the water!). I'd also like to compliment Sherri for being very quick to address an issue that was unexpected on our first night there. A responsive host makes a big diffference and she was excellent!”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
