“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. “The house was spotless, the hot tub was clean and ready to go. The game machines had mortal kombat, pacman, dig dug, galactica and more! Although there were quiet hours we were comfortable talking and laughing inside at any hour of the day without complaints.
