“The room was spotless with a perfect view of the marina. It's just me and the dogs and for us, a huge bed and a cafe table is all we needed. Happy the little cafe was open to get great coffee and pastries from Willipa Bay. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Planning to return when the real "spring" arrives in the PNW. Thanks so much for having us.”

“There was no daily housekeeping which was not a big problem except for emptying the trash. My television did not work because of the internet connection. Unfortunately it was after 8 pm so no one was at the desk. I called the after hours number but they were unable to fix it. ”

“We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room once. When asked why this was the case, they blamed us. They said that because we didn’t put out the “please clean the room” sign we were at fault. Never heard of this rule before, but we made sure to put it up the second day. Again our room was not cleaned. Again we were blamed for not putting out the sign. On checking out I asked them to rectify this problem and they refused. Horrible customer service if you can even call it that. Save……
