This sparkling ground-floor villa has over 1,100 square feet of immaculate living space, with upscale designer furnishings throughout this well-appointed beauty. There are two spacious bedrooms, a wonderful great room that opens to the fully equipped designer kitchen and dining area, a laundry room, and a furnished lanai! What a great way to begin or end a day here in paradise!

The great room is appealing and inviting with a comfortable sofa and chair. The modern open floor plan design makes it perfect for gatherings and dining inside or out. Your home entertainment is complete with a large flat-screen TV and games for everyone to enjoy.

The full-size gourmet kitchen is well stocked with all your needs and special amenities sure to please. Dine in complete comfort seated at the lovely dining table with seating for six. The open floor plan makes it easy to keep the cook company while enjoying great conversation.

The master suite is outfitted with a beautiful king-size bed, restful artwork, ceiling fan, and a TV for late-night TV viewing, all creating a true relaxation haven. A private bath suite adjoins the master suite.

The beautiful second bedroom has a queen-size murphy bed, a full closet, a chest of drawers, and a TV. A second full bath accommodates the second bedroom and visiting guests. The laundry room is off the foyer for your convenience.
