No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

This lovely second floor villa at Wedgewood in Barefoot Resort features two large bedrooms and two full baths. The great room has an easy pull out queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment center filled with a big screen television, DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen is loaded with housewares and everything you need to cook a meal!
The furnished lanai will be your favorite spot at the beginning or end of a perfect day here in paradise.

The Wedgewood community pool is just steps from the villa and the main resort pool and hot spa, on the waterfront, is just a short distance from the community. During peak season, June through August, you may take our complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance.

The condo was nice.

The property was nice, golf course was very nice. However, we will not be staying in this particular resort condos again. I have PTSD and our very uncourteous neighbor on the 3rd floor liked to play with the sliding glass door. Each time it opens or closes, it sounds like the building is coming down. They opened and shut the door at least 5 times in a row every time they went in or out, which was OFTEN. Anyone staying in a 2nd or 3rd floor, please be reminded that someone else trying to enjoy their vacation is just below you and to try to be mindful of that.
