Families will enjoy the convenience of being located directly across the street from the beach, and just a short drive away from area attractions. In close proximity to Cherry Grove Villas you will find more than a hundred championship golf courses, hundreds of restaurants, numerous live entertainment theaters and water sports. There is also a walking trail, dock, picnic tables, and amazing sunsets within walking distance. Sorry the HOA does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts in the garage. 4 parking passes will be provided for the garage below the building, no other parking is available.
