“Affordable room and nice stuff”

“Terrible. Would not recommend. Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom they gave us a 1 bedroom told me that is what I booked I have the reservation details in front of me and it clearly says 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The manager talked over me and was not very nice. I would not stay at this hotel ”

“The resort - while in a beautiful area , which prevents a one star review - seems pretty run down, especially for the price. Our room had waterdamage and part of the wall broken at the entry. The big pool area and 2/3 dining facilities were closed. The staff is friendly but seems very inexperienced. The water dispenser was kept empty for a long time and it seems like overall not very upscale for the ridiculous prices they charge for a room. The restaurant is on par with others in terms of……

“Breakfast was disappointing. Delivered the night before to room: A wrapped muffin, piece of cheese, mandarin, and yogurt. Juice and cereal available downstairs. Pre-Covid was a fabulous three course hot gourmet breakfast. Time saving and cost cutting seems to be the order of the day. Such a shame. ”
