"I would of given this place 5 stars but the room was very very small complete deceive from photos they posted - we have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years and never had a problem - they would not rectify it - unfortunate The positives are they are very friendly , place is very clean, food at Trax is amazing and food at their dining area is really good"

"Most aspects of our room and the property were fine. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by the absence of a comfort-height toilet, which we have come to expect. Also, I slept on the side of the bed by the wall and found the space available to me beside the bed cramped. In contrast, there was plenty of extra space around the bedside table on the other side of the bed."

"Travel with my kids for a football camp with friends who also rented a room.. Phone didnt work, no hot water, tvs didn't work. Bedroom door did not close, paint chipping in the shower. fridge was broken leaking water inside and out… Spoke to front desk was told maintenance would come… never came nothing was included had to pay for amenities (bowling etc) for the amount they charge for the rooms you would think it would include more… could've honestly stayed at a franchise hotel and got more for the money… def would not be booking again"
