“Dislike the lg. curve when you drove into your parking lot. It's in the way and should never be there; no reason for it. Also dislike having to pay for parking a $10 fee a night in your parking lot which we never had to pay as a guest to park our car anywheres before. Also dislike the 3 rounded steps going into your building to get inside your lobby/check in area. Not very users friendly when you are elderly.....Also the elevator "jumps" which startled me. ”
