“The beach access was sort of right there def not ocean view villa as stated you are at the parking lot. There are stairs to go down to the beach so if you have kids you need to walk all the way to the pool with all your things and access the beach ramp down there. The whole building smells kinda musky/moldy make sure and bring towels. It’s apparently an extra fee for more towels and no beach towels are provided. 3 for each load of laundry also. They don’t offer discounts for excursions or……

“We had a great time. Nice place with plenty of updates and amenities for the property. Well stocked to eat at “home” and stay by the water and close by options if you want to venture. Host was very responsive and check in was smooth.”

“The unit was very clean and as advertised. Parking was convenient being directly in front of the unit. Although we did not have a chance to utilize all the properties amenities, we did take advantage of the short 10 minute walk to Harbour Town. Very nice!There was a mechanical issue with the AC unit that Solve properties reached out and made us aware of prior to arrival. Thanks to Cori & Steve of Solve, they worked out a solution before we arrived.My wife and I would recommend this unit to……

“The room was clean and it has everything we needed for our stay. We ate most meals in and there was sufficient cookware and utensils and the dishwasher was an added bonus. The beach view was beautiful and the walk was easy and a short distance. Kendalll was an excellent host providing information as I needed it and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.”
