“My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures……

“Trinh was such an amazing host, Easy to talk to, Always available, and Quick to act. The house has great space and fit our needs perfectly! The only reason for anything other than a 5, is the home has had much love by many guests. It shows a little wear in a few spots.Overall a Great Stay!”

“The home is very clean. Grocery stores are within a mile. Airport is a very short drive very easy to get to. Close to some very good restaurants also, Cody’s roadhouse/ Kate’s breakfast cafe both very good. Only thing I would recommend is for owner to upgrade beds mattresses are very dated and uncomfortable.”

“My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy! ”

“House was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make the perfect stay. The personal touches (especially the coffee and tea bar) made us feel at home. Back deck was so relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine. Beds comfortable with a tv in every room. Would give this place a “10”! ”

“The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.”
