“Stayed here for 2 days with family an unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not in good condition and barely met the basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. What was even more concerning was the exterior of the property—there was a dead bird on the stairway that remained there during our stay, along with a large amount of bird droppings covering the stairs. It was unhygienic, unpleasant, and made the property feel poorly maintained.”
