“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”

“We have an amazing stay at this riad. It is beautiful and the staff are just amazing. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and very nice. Every afternoon they provided an afternoon tea and snacks. The welcome was superb . On check out, they even provided a packed lunch ! Will definitely recommend and go back”

“Die Anlage war schön- geschmackvoll und der Hauptpool war angenehm- der Rest- Zimmer und Essen war nicht dem Preis entsprechend- Personal gibt es sehr viel aber stet leider viel rum und räumt 3h das Mittagessen am Pool nicht ab. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht viel”

“The hotel is in a good location that is convenient for tour pick-up and drop-off. It is very close to the train station and grocery stores.”

“Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room.”
