“This condo is cute and very conveniently located close to local hospitals. It was just what we needed, the owners were kind and provided a very clean, and fully furnished home. We very much enjoyed our stay, we will definitely use again in the future!”

“Property was very clean, beautifully renovated, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The neighborhood was very nice - a school just down a couple blocks down that our kids used for a playground in the afternoon. We were super impressed and we would definitely stay again!”

“Place had great vibes, loved the brick walls, exposed ceilings. Took kids to opening day at the K then back to relax and watch sweet 16. Location was great for us to run and grab food to take back. For sure will stay again.”

“Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend.”

“House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available.”

“This property was awesome! We had 10 adults and it fit us perfectly. The beds were big and very comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough for all our belongs during the 4 night stay. The living area was huge and had a great vibe with the unique decorating. The TV was plenty big and viewable from all areas of the living room. Open floorpan and plenty of counter space for food and large table for eating, puzzles and games. A very big refrigerator, good stovetop and plenty of cooking utensils,……

“The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!”

“We had a great time at The Nelson condo. It was a good location to launch from as we revisited our favorite Kansas City spots. And the space is cute and functional. Despite some difficulty with road construction for the streetcar expansion, and the inconvenient outage of the elevator, we were happy with our pick for staying in KC for a long weekend. And lastly, there were a few minor issues upon arrival, but the property manager had a maintenance person there to address the issues within hours……

“Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down.”

“Communication with management was awful. We were enroute to KC and had not received "the keys" to the property, I messaged the management company, and was told the property was not available. The manager offered a different property, but we had no information about it. We ended up staying in a hotel.”

“The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:).”
