"Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. BUT the facility/maintenance itself was neglected. A lot of scuffs and chips and paint coming off of outside halls, walls and doors. Main central elevator was broken. Breakfast buffet was $10 per person and would have been OK but it was just barely warm. We have had many complementary breakfasts at other hotels that were much better. I overheard another person saying that when they entered the hallway area to their room they felt like they were in the basement of the Titanic! LOL That pretty well described it!"

"I really enjoyed my stay the room and view was amazing everyone was respectful and everything was clean. The breakfast was good a lot of variety and the pool was nice."

"I was only in town for one night, but this hotel was very reasonably priced, very nice and conveniently located. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in very good condition and had plenty of amenities, including a kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who needs a nice, clean, reasonably priced room in central Johnson County. "

"since it was winter the pool was closed there is a weird smell in the lobby and in the hallways that was offputting I like the overall design of the room and lobby have a clean modern feel but the sheets and bedding felt cheap and uncomfortable and there wasnt a warm comforter so i was cold at night. when i arrived the AC was blasting at 62 degrees and it was 25 degrees outside so the room was freezing. I had to put the thermostat up to 78 but it never really got all the way warm. no one is at the front door to help you with your bags going in or out of cars. they just ignore you. front desk and resteraunt had friendly welcoming staff. "

"Staff was wonderful and very friendly. My 6 year old had a blast in the indoor pool area. However, I will say if he was a little bit smaller I'm not sure he would have enjoyed it as much. We will definitely be back and hope to catch some rays outdoors! When leaving, my son asked if we could go back, so it was a win for all!"

"Never got a hot shower took 3 during my stay at different times Never got hot water Paid extra for breakfast during my stay was difficulty not worth the money was nothing more that a continental hot breakfast that other hotel chains offer with stay for the money of the stay i would like to see this offered with stay"
