“Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived and very clean. The Osaka restaurant is amazing! The hotel is located close to several other restaurants and places to shop.”

“Room was very clean although I could tell that room hadn't been used in awhile due to the steal air in the room, plus it was hot and I couldn't get the room to cool down. It 75 when we walked in and when we left it was only 73 and that was with the window open and air conditioning on.”
