“The WIFI at this property was awful and needs to be upgraded. There are numerous towers in the area so service should be improved.”

“Generally, the rooms were clean. However, mattresses, particularly the sofa bed, required replacement. The amenities at the property were exceptional, especially the activities at the lake and the pool. I would suggest adding more bonfires, as they currently have one that accommodates six people. Although it was stated that the bonfire closes at 10 p.m., it remained open for us until 12:30 a.m., which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, I would recommend adding an umbrella to the patio in case……

“The front desk employees were so welcoming, the location of the property was perfect for our vacation, the room was spacious and comfortable, maybe it’s the best hotel we’ve been booked.”

“Walls are paper thin, could hear people talking after quite time, as well as a toddler crying though most of the 3 nights we were there. To top it off at 7:15 am they started yard maintenance on a Monday morning. So much for a Quite Bay place. Got the bill and it was 144 dollars a night plus 25 dollars for extra guest per night. It was only the 2 of us. Will not be returning.”

“My husband and I booked the cottage in early spring 2025 for our wedding ceremony and reception in May 2026. We were uncertain whether the dock would be installed for the ceremony, but Kim worked with us to make sure we had the ceremony of our dreams! The cottage was beautiful and blew our guests away. We used the grand room for our reception and were able to move and store the furniture to set up the space the way we wanted. With Parry Sound only a 30 minute drive, we were able to order fresh……

“The owners seemed friendly and the room was fine for a quick one night stop in the area. We had two beds in our room - one was comfortable and the other felt like a rollaway bed mattress (very uncomfortable). Our bathroom door did not close properly. The bathroom could use a little TLC but was overall clean. The worst part was the inconsiderate other guests that were drinking and talking loudly outside the rooms until midnight when I asked them to be quiet. It sounded like they were in our room.”

“Check in was easy. The property is very clean . Directions marked on the trees not great. There should be more info given on where the parking is and rough terrain to get to the cabin. The ad also showed sand beach front and there was no sand at all. Pictures are very disappointing .”

“My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the 1 bedroom cottage (1 Bluejay). It was perfect! The cottage was clean, it had everything we needed. The king bed was comfy and the deck overlooking the water was relaxing and serene. We’ll be back!”
