The room I reserved was very spacious and roomy. Are room was cleaned every day by the maids. It was left spotless for us plus enough towels and beach towels we had for every day use. Great place but several maintenance issues on first day from no shower pressure or hot water in two bathrooms to ceiling fans not working in the un-air-conditioned central room.

Mary and her team were awesome! We loved the location, the simple home/cabin and amenities. We woke every morning to a beautiful sunrise and the evenings we stayed in we had great sunsets. This was our second trip to Bacalar and would definitely stay at this location again.
