“The gentleman that checked us I In was awesome. Then on the second day I went to the office to voice a concern about seeing a cockroach on my pillow and the lady that was there didn’t seem to concerned and really all she asked is if we were checking out I said no and she said nothing else. And the pool was not heated as it said on the app. I did like how close it was to downtown.”
