"The old hotel with many original features; and stylish bathroom fittings, enormous comfortable bed, golden framed bed and mirrors, plenary of pictures. Beautifully large bedrooms, some recently refurbished. Extremely helpful and polite staff. Own car park at the back of the hotel. Good breakfast. Definitely will come again."

"The Cumberland is a great little hotel, we stayed two night for the air show and we had a brilliant time. The rooms were clean and well maintained, we had a partial sea view room which was really nice and an inland accessible room which was spacious with twin beds which worked well for us. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. I contacted them before arriving to make sure that they were okay accommodating my dad electric wheelchair. We had a slight issue with the WiFi and internet in general coz it was the air show and it was very busy. The Cumberland is a great place to stay and watch the airshow from as it is right on beach in the middle of the all the action. I would definitely recommend The Cumberland to watch the airshow from. Love forward to seeing you again Cumberland."

"Stayed at hotel for 2 nites to celebrate anniversary Room was lovely comfy pillows beautiful roomy bathroom all very clean Have never had such thick fluffy huge towels Food was good Staff were outstanding especially Oliver so friendly professional hard working Location is beautiful on the beach Would definitely recommend a stay"
