“When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was at almost 80 degrees. As the evening progressed, the property did not cool off so we called the property management company. A maintenance person came out and told us the AC unit was frozen so we would have to turn it off and back on at 10pm. When we questioned what we needed to do if it didn’t cool at 10pm what were we supposed to do, we were told to turn it off again and continue to let it defrost. “This was a wonderful place to stay. The complex was clean & well maintained. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and was also very clean & well maintained. The Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. All of the beds were comfy - even the little ones said the sofa sleeper was comfortable. We had great communication from the hosts.
