“The location of this property is excellent and the grounds are so beautiful. So worth it to be off the main strip and pwrk of preferred parking free coupon at dollywood! The music in the lobby is great every night and the beds and pillows are comfortable and towels were soft. Everything seems pretty new. This would easily be a 5 star review except for a few quirks about the room itself- Clothing/shelving storage is a bit odd- open cabinets instead of a usual dresser. No cups in the bathroom (and……

“We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! ”

“Very Huge and Beautiful Drury! Late night dining and bar...plenty of areas to sit, visit, eat. Rooms lovely and very clean. Bathrooms and showers great! Staff amazing, so friendly. Outside areas by pool very nice.”

“No breakfast menu. Hanging towels next to toilet, garbage piled up even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb. Only took garbage one day. Black bugs on sink and in bed, they say leave dirty towels on the floor left my dirty washcloths on the shower floor. Never picked up. Very disappointed the amount of money we spent the rooms are beautiful. But the cleaning staff nowhere to be seen. One morning we were leaving she asked us if we needed anything I asked for extra creamer she didn't even do……

“Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). The oven, when on at all, continues……
