"The house was just remodeled, and still had a few little things that needed to be finished and some cleaning up of construction debris. Great location super close to beach. Did not have screens on the windows which would have been nice to air the place out at night and owner did say he will work on that. Had pretty much everything you need in kitchen. Good deal for the cost and responsive owner. Hope to rent place again in the future."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! We loved the outdoor spaces, especially for our kids and dogs to run around and play. We were fortunate to have great weather in December, which allowed us to take full advantage of the kayaks right off the dock—what a treat! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, making our stay comfortable and convenient. With plenty of room for all 10 of us, we felt right at home. The location was also fantastic, adding to the overall experience. We can't wait to return!"

"Nice, comfortable, roomy home with a great view of the ocean from the living area. Kitchen was well-equipped, there was enough space for 6 adults to eat together, lounge, play cards or chat in smaller groups. Located conveniently to activities, stores and attractions while still feeling like we were close to the ocean. Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. We would definitely come back!"

"This was the perfect house for us! We live in Hatteras and took our boat up to Wanchese to run some trips in late August - there was space for all of us who work on the boat and then some for our guest leaders who helped us out. The layout is spectacular and there is so much space to spread out and relax or work! The back porch was our favorite place to relax every evening when we got back from the boat - the yard is spacious and fenced in for pets! The host and property manager communicated regularly and were available for anything we needed. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from Wanchese and a short drive to Maneto and Nags Head. The perfect place to get away!"
