“The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. When the beds were not made after the second day I complained for the second time and was told that their green policy is that they don’t change the sheets until after 5 days. I had to put……

Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. “This had to be the worst places we have ever stayed as far as the upkeep of the hotel. There was no upkeep. The staff, however, was very nice. It was basically a derelict building with signs stating it was going to be rezoned. The doors didn’t work properly, we got locked out of our room twice. The second time it took nearly two hours to get back in and we had to change the time of our dinner reservations. They changed us to a larger “suite” which was not any better than the original……
