“When we arrived, we found it difficult to enter the premises. You need data to electronically open the door. It took us a while to figure out how to get in. It was assumed that every guest would have data to open the door. Out of 4 in the group, only I had data. We found this method of entering the premises too complicated. What happened to key boxes?
