“Room 623 over priced, ac units leaks, toilet was leaking, the place needed mopping! So disappointed”

“Very authentic “vintage Florida “ hotel . Great location walkable to quaint stores and shops . Easy beach access . Room was clean with a kitchen that was oddly supplied with everything we needed to make breakfast . There is a Publix walkable in case you’re ambitious and want to cook alot . We would return to this location . The desk attendant was very helpful , friendly and made good fishing spot recommendations . If I had one complaint it is that they didn’t have any usb ports I understand……

“The cabana roomed we stayed in was very convenient for beach access but the fixtures in the room were a mess. Broken chairs, stained furniture and the AC hanging on for dear life. Most of the time it was cooler outside than in the room. Images online are the rooms when they were brand new, of course, but they're in rough shape these days. Many elevators on site were out of service and the main pool was completely closed, so we were paying for amenities we didn't get the opportunity to utilize.……

“We booked through Expedia email said to cancel appointment it had to be by 4pm we didn’t even find out we would need to cancel appointment until after 4pm because our flight got in at 3:30pm, we had to pick up our car rental and then drive over an hour to get to the hotel. When we finally got there the room smelled so bad like bleach or chlorine I could barely breathe. We went to get another room somewhere else and checked out the next morning as by the time we got another room it was late and……
