“This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can.”

Close enough to the stores, when needed and the Row when wanted :-) The Host was so accommodating, I can't thank her enough! Such a perfect getaway. Seeing the deer lay down from the kitchen window on our last morning was a perfect goodbye. We look forward to our next stay!”

“The property is amazing and the views are incredible especially at night. We basically spent most of our time at the unit on the magnificent wrap around patio. Todd was extremely easy to work with and he has really paid attention to all the details. So close to Whiskey Row and other sights to see. Very peaceful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. So spacious as well. I will be booking this property again on my next visit to Prescott. Thanks Todd for a charming vacation!”

“We rented the home while we were in town for Embry-Riddle‘s graduation. The location of the home was safe and tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The home and yard were very nice, there is just some mild upkeep that they are working on. We had a problem with the door code however, property manager responded immediately, and we were able to get access.”
