Hassayampa Inn is truly historic and maintains the aura of its history beautifully. The staff is outstanding. The rooms are as described, so do expect some to be smaller than a more modern hotel. And the elevator is only operated by staff, who are more than happy to assist anytime of the day or night. At the Hassayampa, you are only a block or two from Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row...many events at the square and many restaurants within walking distance. Be aware, for those who may have some walking issues, that you do have to walk back up to the hotel when you go down to these areas. There are 2 restaurants for lunch and dinner and a coffee bar for morning coffee. Again, outstanding is the staff...

No check in notification 30 min prior Wrong building and door code, had to call IT and texted and waited many times, all three days, no office people on weekend Busted bathroom amenities that were 1/4 full 1 snack bag of cheese its and two Keurig coffee cups for two adults for two overnights? Couldn’t access pool until IT stuff done, locked out, embarrassing like don’t belong Ice maker broken Patio disgusting Dog in condo below barking all day and night No beach towels Photos of everything listed
