Awful!! Reserved a non-smoking room for myself and my 8 year old daughter due to plumbing emergency at home. Virtual assistant at front desk/no actual person physically there. Room was so dirty and they then only had a smoking room left. My daughter has asthma. We had to leave around 11pm only to drive to another hotel for a room that was actually decent. Shower torn up, dirty, spiders and smelled like smoke through entire property. I would have slept in my car over this property :/
