So sad- they don't tell you online about the days all the restaurants are closed except in the casino issues with the room keys-some of the lights in the room and especially bathroom area and no exhaust fan working in shower area-never know when or if bar area is open and times-not so good anymore-they said they were remodeling property but they should have done it a while ago- why wait till things go wrong???? I dont like to pay for services that you Dont get-

No check in notification 30 min prior Wrong building and door code, had to call IT and texted and waited many times, all three days, no office people on weekend Busted bathroom amenities that were 1/4 full 1 snack bag of cheese its and two Keurig coffee cups for two adults for two overnights? Couldn’t access pool until IT stuff done, locked out, embarrassing like don’t belong Ice maker broken Patio disgusting Dog in condo below barking all day and night No beach towels Photos of everything listed

Very clean and cozy room. Had a small maintenance issue with our room, nothing to do with cleanliness, that was taken care of immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely stay here again!
