“Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay.
Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the……

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“The apartment offered a good amount of space for me, my partner, and our child. Although we didn’t end up using the kitchen, it was very clean and appeared to be fully equipped. Both bedrooms were also clean and spacious. However, the layout wasn’t ideal for our family: the smaller bedroom is located on the first floor next to the front door, while the larger bedroom is upstairs, accessible by a steep set of worn stairs.
