“I love the hospitality of the staff. They were so kind, especially to my small children. Ash was the woman who helped me check in and she made a special birthday card for my child. It was a lovely surprise and so sweet. Everyone was so friendly. The gentleman at the bar was very kind as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again in the future. ”

“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“Clean room”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“Nice location tucked back away from the main road with really easy access. Lots of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and always nice. Breakfast was what was expected with multiple choices. If we are in the area again, we would come back.”

“Finding the property was VERY difficult with no appropriate signage. The room was a “suite” with a kitchen for cooking: The microwave popped, threw sparks, and stopped working on a short attempt at heating milk in a plastic container for coffee. NO cooking utensils, plates, glasses or pans. The TV never worked. Accessibility was OK, but water in the shower went everywhere. ”
