I booked a stay here in February for a trip in December, he contacted me a couple of days prior to our arrival with check in info so there was no worries about anything. When we walked in, it was very clean, spacious and welcoming. A chair on the balcony would have been great, but it was fine. “Great property. Space was perfect for a family of 4. Separate bedroom was great w/ sofa-bed in the living room for the kids. Having two bathrooms was also handy. Relatively quiet and far enough away from the smoky/crazy casinos, but close enough to the monorail to access activities and entertainment when we needed to.”

“It was so nice to be in a secure gated area. Upon check-in, the valet services for our tower were closed so we had to go to another tower to drop off our car and then walk to our tower to check-in. This was just a slight inconvenience. Staff was helpful. The lobby, corridors, elevator, and rooms were very clean. The pool in our tower was down during our stay, however we were able to use the amenities at the MGM Grand. The bed was comfortable but the pullout couch was not. That was the only...
