Pet Friendly Elkpoint Townhome - Ski in/Ski Out - Best Location - Arcade Game
"Located next to a lift line, this would be a perfect ski in ski out. We visited during summer so it was mountain bike central (which was cool). Patio was fabulous in the mornings, lots of wildlife flittering about. The late afternoon sun does heat the property up significantly but thankfully there were plenty of fans in the property to keep it cool. Very close proximity to Purgatory resort which includes the Alpine coaster and Alpine slide (so much fun). Resort amenities are not included but we reached out and got a quick response on adding it to our reservation. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to come back in the winter to ski/snowboard."
Completely Remodeled Ski in/Ski Out condo - Amazing Views and Great Deck
"Property was clean and was setup exactly as described. Pre-checkin communications were excellent and access to the property was easy and went as planned. The property was well stocked and accommodating. There is an extra fee for the lodge access to things like the gym and hot tub, we took advantage of that and it worked out well. We are an all-Apple/Mac family and the Wifi would not work for us. We kept getting an error about the security protocol needing to be different/stronger. For all I know it could have been a setting on our systems, though I travel a lot and have never encountered that issue. That said, AT&T cellular coverage was good enough we just used our phones as hot spots and we able to do work and Zoom calls that way. As such we never did ask for help with the Wifi as it was a non issue. We would rent that property again for sure."
Peregrine Point Condo Steps to Lifts - Amazing Views
"Positives: Location is nice & view from the balcony is awesome. Whoever cleans the unit does a great job. Not positive: Issues in previous reviews haven’t been addressed. The carpet has stains & rips. Electrical outlet for the TV in living room doesn’t work. Pots & pans need to be replaced. On arrival, main issues were that one toilet didn’t flush all the way & the hot water ran out before our family of 5 could take quick showers. I messaged in the app & they responded the next morning that maintenance would come by & check. At that point I told them that despite opening windows & running fans we had spent the night with temps in the mid 80’s. We knew the unit didn’t have AC & even brought extra fans, but the temp wouldn’t drop. Maintenance came by while we were out & fixed the toilet & increased the hot water. They checked about the hot temp & spoke to other units who also complained & discovered the building was blowing hot air through the vents even though our thermostat was off. They were able to get the hot air turned off. After given the update I requested a partial refund for the miserable night we had & was told no because the unit is advertised as not having AC. I pointed out that it wasn’t advertised to blow hot air all night & only received a generic response that it’s listed to not have AC & that other current renters hadn’t complained which isn’t true by their own update from maintenance. The area is great, but this issue should have been handled better."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and the location is great! The host was awesome about communicating with me."

"Perfect for our hiking trip."
Affordable Purg Studio w/ Resort Access + Elevator
"We enjoyed the stay overall. We arrived to find that there were 3 big fans in the closet but 2 are broken. One window was broken. We notified them on Sunday but it wasn’t fixed until midweek. Bed and couch were comfortable. Good shower. Storage would have been better if broken fans and big box were removed. If you want a pretty view, this isn’t your rental."
Durango Condo: Walk to Lifts w/ Club Access!
"Branson was on top of everything. He got a hold of the resort staff and got us what we were expecting. Communication was great and was very helpful. The place was very nice and comfortable. Hopefully we will come back during the winter to experience the snow."
