The Zion Ponderosa is a beautiful resort on a spacious property with plenty to enjoy. During our stay, we loved the miniature golf, the pools, the hot tub, and the dining area. While it is a bit of a drive to the entrance of Zion National Park, the route is absolutely stunning. We even spotted deer and wild turkeys along the way, which made the drive even more memorable. If you eat at the dining area, do not miss the banana bread!! It is unbelievably delicious!!! The only downside of our stay was the customer service at the front desk. When we asked if there were any must-do activities nearby, we were met with, "Well, I'm not going to plan your itinerary." It was a surprising response, and although we found it more amusing than upsetting, we simply smiled and walked away.
