“I have stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth Beach over the years. Decided to give this hotel a try. I will not visit again. There are no amenities offered. The hotel is outdated. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented. I confirmed late check out the morning of check out, and was told it was not documented, and not possible. My sister, who was staying with me, addressed the issue with the same front desk personnel, and we……

“The staff was fine. Breakfast, although listed as one of the best, was pretty much the same except for a change between pancakes and French toast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Temps were in room controlled so that was helpful. The spa was closed on Wednesday so we never got to use it. Hot tub, we didn't all bring suits so didn't use. We asked more than once for a fire outside snd it never happened.. that was a big disappointment. All in all, I would return.”

“It has it's own parking garage, very convenient since parking in downtown Rehoboth fills up fast. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach/boardwalk. Our car didn't leave the garage. The room was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. This was our 2nd stay and would stay again. ”
