"Bed sagged! That’s a major downfall. The appearance of the room was good. No live entertainment as advertised. There was only a magic show in a theater. Airport shuttle left early. They tried to charge me for previous occupant bill. No apology!"

We were able to hear next door even up to their alarm watches..... the sheets and straps seemed Dated.... escalators were broken during our stay...... the food cafes and kiosks were not fresh and unfortunately we did get sick 😢....... it is a very standard hotel..... nothing just unusual or spectacular to say..... but considering what we paid for....i was expecting more....."

"There is cigarettes underneath the bed. They didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. The headboard was ripped up and scratched up. You got there was no option to change my room to non-smoking. I only had smoking will not be staying there again."

"Navigating through casinos is confusing. No signs posted to direct you from one to another. Easy to get turned around. Staff made it more confusing."

"Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered nothing like the rest of the Reno hotels do… I would compare it to a more 6 with a ihop next to it"

"Room was clean had everything we needed except for when there’s a coffee pot you would think they would leave you some water? There’s lots of places to sit. The restaurant looked good although we didn’t eat there but we did go to the coffee shop great location, and great parking."
