“Had a nice view of the pool from the third floor and some of the Marina on the right. Simple breakfast consisted packaged muffins, danish, yogurt and fresh fruit set out on the bar. There are a few tables in the intimate lobby/bar/reception area as well as Keurig coffee or water for tea. Free bottled water was also available. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.”

“The shower curtain in our bathroom was installed incorrectly making taking a shower a little tricky. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The couch in the room was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on. The "free" breakfast bar was disappointing. There were runny scrambled eggs. The egg container was half full of liquid (I assumed it was water). There was no meat selection. The previously frozen breakfast sandwiches looked very unappealing. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.”

When I first walked in, I noticed large stains on the carpets throughout the common areas, and it was clear that the facility was not being properly maintained. There was also a strong smoke odor in several areas of the hotel, which added to the overall impression that the property was unclean and poorly cared for.
