“Very nice home in a good neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family get together. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available as this was a major reason for choosing the home. We did receive a 10 percent refund as compensation. My only other recommendation would be for the host to have a notebook with operating instructions.”
