"Unfortunately I recently became handicapped, and although the staff did set us up in a handicapped room, it had a full size bed which made for a very uncomfortable stay. I checked out early because of this, and was told to just call Expedia to get a refund. The staff failed to say I needed to do that the same day I checked out, so the Handlery in essence took my money. I will not be back."
