“Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings, the front desk ladies were awesome, the breakfast included fresh omelets, which is unheard of! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Absolutely loved everything about this place. Will definitely be looking into staying at their other properties when needed.”

“TL;DR - STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Booked a "Queen, Jetted Tub" room for 5 nights (normal corner tub, not heart shaped one). When I arrived, I was put into a "Deluxe King Room". I was told that they didn't have any of the tub rooms available but there 'might' be one tomorrow. In the "Deluxe King" the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling, the wall paper panels were pulled off the wall, but not quite enough to be fully removed. There was "stains of passion" on nearly every surface of the……

“We would definitely stay there again!! Everyone was so nice...the room was clean!! The restaurant was delicious!! The trolley was great!!!”

“The room was nice and luckily we were on the first as there is no elevator. The workout room was pathetic, with one treadmill, one elliptical, and a few dumbbells from 5 - 25 lbs. But was I was really disappointed by was the small continental breakfast.”

“We didn't like the floorplan of the room. The vanity area outside of the toilet/shower room was too small and the vanity was too low. The door to the shower/toilet room opened inward so that it blocked the shower door. It was just all too small. The hallways outside the rooms were narrow and scratched up. The ceiling in the breakfast area needed repair, the paint was peeling off. The breakfast was marginal at best. The elevator was too small and hard to get a luggage cart in. We wouldn't……

“Convenient, clean, very friendly staff, many nice walking paths and routes a few minutes away. The only downside is noise. During both stays, noisy trucks in the parking area started up between 6:30-7:00am and idled for at least 15 minutes before departing. If you wake up and get on the road early this is not an issue. If you’ve had a busy day and are looking to sleep in a little, this can be disruptive. Nonetheless we will still select the Best Western Black Hills Lodge when we visit the area……
