If you have a car and are debating where to stay I would chose this place because it’s so serene. There are 3 small houses on the property and they are all surrounded by trees. The hammocks in the porch were ideal. The breakfast was so good and the eggs I had there were the brightest ( real) eggs I’ve had. You’ll see hummingbirds right outside the restaurant. You can wake up and walk around the garden before you head out to adventures. We also ate in town which is so easy and quick to get to. We drove to monkey falls which is like 3 minutes away off a dirt road which we drove in our regular car . There are no signs to monkey falls but the gps took me there and it’s very beautiful and hidden . We just parked and walked down to it . Hot water was perfect and so are the beds and the staff is very kind. I’m a teacher and needed that peace which I found at this property. Is very classy and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is delicious and they have homemade legendary ice cream called rainforest that is worth going there for. They have jackfruit juice and a variety of local dishes that were comparatively priced to local restaurants. The rooms are top notch. We took the iguana tour at the hotel, which was very educational and enlightening.
