“I can only give it three stars because the Wi-Fi was really a problem for me and I was trying to accomplish some personal issues and it was almost impossible... there is a lot of echoing in the hallways where the rooms are, some simple rubber stoppers on the doors would prevent people slamming them and creating a large boom every time somebody closes their door... some better quality doors would help a lot to keep the noise out.. breakfast was good the people were really nice I cannot fault the……

“Not what i expected”

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……

“Pleasant stay with very helpful staff! The staff assisted me in finding parking before even making it to check in. Also provided free coffee and crackers the morning before check out. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a base to explore the Dominican capital and interested in exploring its historic zona colonial.”
