“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. “The hotel was just what I had hoped for, for my lake como vacation. Just a few minutes from varenna and more quiet and quaint. We were picked up from the train station and offered shuttle service but everything is walkable or a quick train or ferry ride away. Breakfast is great and the staff here are very nice and helpful. It’s right on the lake so the views are beautiful. We only booked 2 nights but ended up staying 4. ”
