“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“The breakfast served in the dining room is amazing, excellent selection of any kind of food you may eat.
The service and staff are exquisite.
Only the building needs to be refreshed and the rooms to be equipped with USB plugs or international plugs fur foreign travelers. ”
