This home sits on over an acre of land in a private lakefront setting at Lake Keowee in S.C.

Large water views abound throughout the house.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 13 people, each bedroom with its own bath and a separate bunk house that accommodates 5 people.

It has the perfect outdoor living space for gatherings with an expansive upper deck, patio sitting area with TV, covered dock with swimming platform and seating to relax, a private beach, fire pit, outdoor cooler, horseshoes, and an outdoor shower.

The main living area has cathedral ceilings, wood flooring, and a wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights. The kitchen is well stocked and has seating for 8 people.

There is a pool table and a family room with ample seating that looks out to the immense back yard and pristine lake.

There are 4 kayaks, paddles, and an assortment of life vests to enjoy the lake as well as outdoor game fun.

Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and 16 miles from Clemson.

Lake Vacation

Great property! Perfect location, exactly as advertised!! We rented a boat from Keowee Marina, kept it at the dock for a few days, couldn’t have worked out better. Perfect way to finish off the summer.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The house was beautiful, well furnished, very clean and very well stocked. The views from the house were stunning and the property is so well taken care of and pretty as well. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there! Great vacation home with great views

This home had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the deck and boat dock. A nice beach with shade and lots of water toys. The breezeway is a great place to relax and watch tv and bbq. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time and stayed in this house for 2weeks. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this lake house.

Love this property

First time staying at this property, we usually stay in a larger house but had to downsize because we had less people. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The property owner communication was very professional and insightful. The house had a very comfortable and homey feel to it. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic For Gamedays!

Very charming house on a beautiful lot overlooking Lake Keowee. Plenty of "gathering space" between the large living area and the spacious deck. Everything was like new--very evident the owner takes great pride in the upkeep of the property. One of our favorite amenities was the fire pit right next to the water. Rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!! Scott

Such a Gem of a Property!

This beautiful house has so much space indoors and outdoors for a large group. We stayed here for my Clemson daughter's Graduation (about 25 minute drive from campus) and I wish we had been here all 4 years! Spotlessly clean, many areas to gather and dine or play games indoors and out, comfortable beds and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Such a private yard with really lovely landscaping, a dock for boating or sunning and many kayaks and outdoor accoutrements. I cannot overstate how spectacular this property is! And the owner was unbelievably responsive with any and all questions. One of my absolute favorite places in the area!! I hope we can return soon!!

Couldn't be more perfect!

This was our third stay at the lake house and it couldn't be better! Camy and hubby have thought of EVERYTHING you will need. There is SO much space (although this time we didn't need it!)... so many fun things to do like the pool table right in the main living area, kayaking on the lake, and the fire pit! We cooked in on the gas grill and the kitchen was so well stocked. Every room was perfectly clean! Our daughter needed to be online a lot and the wifi was fast and consistent! The beds were super comfy as were the pillows. We are now done with Clemson as this was her graduation... but should we come this way again, we WILL stay here!! Thank you for a wonderful stay once again!

Trust the 5☆ reviews!

This home was amazing for our family vacation! My husband, our 3 kids, their spouses, and my 2 year old granddaughter spent the week here. The beds were great, plenty of comfortable seating inside, and in both outside areas, it was spotless, and well supplied with items not normally provided at our previous rentals Having hand soap in all the bathrooms and kitchen, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent was very much appreciated! There were PLENTY of water toys and the lake is so clean and refreshing. We rented a boat for a few days for even more fun. We had a terrible storm while there and one of Camy's nice deck chairs (that my husband shouldn't have taken to the dock from the porch!) got blown away. I felt horrible. I let Camy know that it was missing and that we would continue to look for it. She was so gracious about it. The next day we got some goggles, and my son-in-law dove for it in the 14+ feet of water. Since the water is so clean, he found it on the second try! We took advantage of the storm situation by gathering all the limbs and sticks from the yard for a nice fire in the huge firepit! You won't go wrong with this house, or communicating with Camy....she's a gem!

Great for a large family.

Many areas for large groups to hangout, cook, dine. There were 10 of us from 4 - 65. Never on top of each other.

Great location on Lake Keowee

We are a family of 5 that stayed for our July vacation on Lake Keowee. The house was comfortable with a King bed downstairs with master bath connected and an additional half bath on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs a queen with private bathroom connected and another bedroom with a queen and a twin bed with a full bath in the hall. There is an additional bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds and a bathroom connected to it. Parking for four vehicles. Additional features include a fire pit, a great dock with deep water access and a place to have a boat, a sandy little beach to enjoy morning coffees, kayaks available and tons of seating throughout the house and outside to have guests spread out and relax. We had a great week and have fallen in love in Lake Keowee.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best week at this lake house with our family! We enjoyed jumping off the dock and floating in the lake. The kids loved the beach area. The property is very nice. The fire pit was so peaceful and relaxing at night. Overall, a great lake house experience.

Great Place for Family/Friend Gathering

This property is beautiful! The view of the lake from the house is spectacular. Gradual slope to access ample dock. The cove on which the property sits is relatively quiet. Not a lot of boat traffic. The kids enjoyed wake boarding, paddle boarding and kayaking on lake. Great common areas along with space to get away if you want. I chose this property because of the number of bedrooms and baths (each room in main house had a bath & bunk house had a nice, large bath for kids). Grandkids, their parents and grandparents all had a space. The pool table was a hit with everyone! Nice amenity. Home also well-equipped. The parking was ample, we had a boat trailer in addition to the 6 (at times) vehicles. The homeowner was very prompt in answering any questions. The folks they have cleaning the property were so nice and helpful. I would rent this property again.

We spent five days here as our older was graduating from Clemson. This is very close to Clemson and right on Lake Keowee. It is a great property with nice views. We are already thinking about a lake vacation here.

Love lake life

What a lovely property right on the lake. Floating on the water, sitting on the small beach on the property watching the sunset, grilling out in the evenings made our time so relaxing. Lots of green space outside! Very comfortable living space inside the house too - comfy beds and large couch for relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Great Holiday

What a fabulous home on the lake! It was perfect for our group and had plenty for everyone to enjoy and space to spread out. The extra room with bunks was great for the younger ones in our group to stay up later and not disturb the others! Highly recommend!
