If your looking for a place to rest and unwind, you’ve found it. People say the cabin is cozy and feels like home away from home. The cabin has expansive views of the Smoky Mountains and of famous Mt Leconte. The cabin is just a little ways up and tucked away amongst the trees giving you excellent privacy and opportunities to see wildlife and the occasional black bear that makes its way along the ridge. The pics don’t do it justice.

When you’re home, the mountains are visible from most places in the cabin as natural light comes flooding in from the prow front windows. The real wood fireplace can keep you warm on winter days and adds to a cozy evening after dark. You can enjoy a book on an oversized chair in the bedrooms or on the balcony with your favorite beverage. After a hike in the park or a night on the town you can come home and slip into the hot tub or hang out on the large deck to unwind.

If solitude is not what you crave, you can be in Pigeon Forge in about 10 minutes to enjoy your favorite restaurants and activities. If the kids are in tow, we have a game room with a pool table and vintage arcade games. Dollywood is nearby and is a family favorite. NOTE: There are three sets stairways and about 20 steps to reach the cabin and a narrow sidewalk between the first and second set. Please take this into account before you book.

Beautiful and secluded!

This is a great property! It has a wonderful view, is conveniently located to all the popular attractions, and is also quiet and secluded. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others!

Family Getaway

Beautiful views from this cozy cabin! The drive up was well worth the view and privacy of the location. Cabin had all the essentials which made the trip comfortable. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Very pleased that our dog was welcome, too! Close to town and quick response from the owner. Thanks for a great stay!

Romantic Retreat with Spectacular Views!

Absolutely breathtaking views from the deck and hot tub! Everything was clean and updated. The secluded cabin was even more beautiful than the photos portrayed. It was nice to have the pool table for some extra fun. Check in was easy and John was a great host. Note that it is probably a good idea to have a 4 wheel drive to get up to the cabin. We rode a Harley and did have to park at the bottom of the driveway because of the loose gravel on the drive and parking area.

Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable, had great views, and we loved the hot tub. It was also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This Cabin was great! The location, The View was awesome, and perfect for our family and even our puppy as well!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely would stay here again!

Recharge

This cabin is an excellent place to unplug and recharge. The view is wonderful and cabin is great. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub after a fun day of exploring. Also a great place to be able to bring along our dog. We had a great time.

This cabin has amazing views of the valley below and is in a great location. I had a few questions for the owners and their quick responses were greatly appreciated. I give it 5 stars and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Much needed vacation time

The cabin was absolutely perfect! The peacefulness of it being not the typical cabin with a bunch of neighbors was just what we needed, plus the view of the mountains and fog were amazing. Plenty of space to hangout, close to pigeon forge and many other activities.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very well decorated and has everything you would need and more. The windows allow you to take in the beautiful mountains at almost all turns! The hot tub was a welcome addition to the amenities. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. The manager reached out to us prior to our visit with direction specifics which was incredibly thoughtful. We will be back.

Beautiful Mountain Views

Great first time trip to the mountains. The house was clean and comfortable to call home for a long weekend. Happy we could bring the pooch too! The games room was a great bonus. The only negative was the gravel driveway. It was a bit terrifying even with a SUV but it’s like every other driveway in the mountains. If you want a beautiful view….you have to be at the top!

Absolutely Perfect

My girlfriend and I were looking for a relaxing, remote, getaway in the mountains and this cabin was perfect. It’s very secluded. The interior is very well kept and the jacuzzi out on the balcony at night while having the moon visible in the night sky was great. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the cabin you want. Highly recommend.

Relaxing

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this location. We went to just relax and enjoy some attractions in Gatlinburg. Property was exactly as described in listing. It was clean and had a homely feeling. The views were amazing!! Do make sure you drive a 4W drive vehicle as you do travel up some windy roads. Thank you again for your hospitality!! We will come back to this listing in the future!

We stayed three nights went to Gatlinburg one day and went over the mountain into Cherokee the second day really enjoyed this day, but not the top of the driveway. It was a little scary could not get the dishwasher to start right before we were walking out the door

Beautiful view

We were very happy with our stay. The cabin is beautiful and clean. I was impressed with the brand new deck and incredible views. Other reviews said it was scary to get to, so i was worried. I'm a big wuss driving in the mountains. I didn't think it was scary at all. I thought the kitchen was well stocked and there were more than enough bath towels. It didnt have a blow dryer, so that's the only thing that it lacked for me. I would highly recommend!

Stunning Home for our Family's Smokies Trip!

This cabin was just perfect! Our view was stunning, the decor was adorable & comfortable, and location was close enough to Pigeon Forge without the congestion. We used the pull out couch, which was so comfortable, it became the preferred bed for our daughters. The kitchen appliances were great! We picked up groceries at the Walmart in Sevierville on the way in, then picked up a few more items the next day at the local Food City. The drive up is tight, but very do-able. Once up the mountain, we didn't come and go much. We preferred the views and relaxing at the cabin in the evenings and most mornings. The pool table, arcade game, & hot tub were used throughout the week, and a fun way to relax & connect! From here, we visited different areas of GSMNP, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg. The owner, John, was very responsive throughout our stay if we had any questions, which we appreciated so much! We highly recommend this cabin!

Great cabin with a gorgeous view

The location is perfect - the Arts and Crafts community, Gatlinburg strip, Dollywood, and loads of activities and restaurants are within a short drive. Even the lookouts like Morton’s overlook and Newfound Gap further south were within a reasonable drive. This is one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. Nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Like with any rental, if you plan on cooking a lot you may want to bring your favorite knife, foil and any unusual kitchenware you like to use. But you don’t need to! The beds are were comfortable with extra quilts available in a closet. Plenty of towels and washcloths, plus the washer and dryer. Hot tub was clean and hot, the outdoor rockers are new and comfortable. We really can’t think of anything bad to say about this rental. Would definitely stay here again or any rental by this owner. Great cabin for a couple, a small family, or 4 adults. My parents joined us for a few days and it was perfect. Best part of our stay was a bear that strolled through around 3:15 every day. So neat!

Beware Staying Here. Listing is very misleading.

To start off, we tried contacting the owner while on the 9hour drive to TN. He never got back to us during the entire drive. We had to wait on him after arriving at the cabin to get access to the code for the cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful and the view is amazing. But if you only have a standard car, it will be very hard on your car. The listing says "the cabin is not the easiest to get to" is an understatement. The roads look nearly washed out from rain/weather conditions. The roads are all single lane, blind curves and very close to the side of the mountain. The listing also says "there are 3 sets of stairs & 20 steps to reach the cabin with narrow walkways between 1st and 2nd set". These steps and stairs are extremely hard to navigate given the steep incline of all of them. It was nearly impossible for my elderly father to get to the cabin. Given the above reasons, we had no choice to find other housing after just one night in the cabin. My vehicle was not going to do well after a week of driving from the cabin day after day for the entire week. So this vacation ended up costing us double due to the fact that we had to find other housing after driving 9 hours for vacation. I believe this property was fraudulently represented and am in contact with my credit card company to fight the charges for this cabin. We were very displeased and disappointed with this entire trip. We have decided that we will not be using vrbo any longer for future vacations. The amount of fees are ridiculous and we would rather spend that hard earned $$ on more enjoyable things. Shame on you vrbo for not looking at your listings more carefully. You have lost our business.
